Essence Music Festival Package 2012- Deposit-For Group- $25 per person more info This Deposit is not included in the payment plan and will secure your room rate. 1. All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with vendors. 2. Name changes are permitted up to 60 days before the event 3. The initial contact is the name in which the room will be reserved under unless requested otherwise. 4. The hotels standard procedure is to require a credit card at check-in for incidentals or if using a debit card the card will place a $250.00 hold. Payments start 1Sept11 and on the first of every month until the package is paid in full - after 15th of the month any payment not made will have a $25.00 late fee added. ESSENCE MARKETPLACE & Art Expo is a unique and exciting venue featuring art, crafts, African imports, cultural and traditional merchandise. Artist demonstrations are featured daily. ESSENCE SEMINARS and MARKETPLACE & Art Expo will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on all event days- These are free events.

The purchase of the package is final and nonrefundable we will allow for roommate changes for a additional cost of $50.00
